We’re recruiting for one of our clients in the medical industry, who is having their European headoffice based in the Netherlands, and specializes in the development, production and marketing of a wide range of generic, innovative and branded pharmaceuticals, biogenerics and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
We’re looking for you as an experienced Support Engineer.
Purpose of the job: Support of users by ensuring proper functioning of the IT equipment and services according to the policies and standards of our client.
Key Responsabilities:
• Providing first line (on site) IT support to users in our office including visitors
• Escalating problems to second line and assisting to resolution
• Configuring hardware and software installation for our staff, office users and visitors
• Purchasing and disposing IT equipment and software
• Maintaining internal audio and video communication systems
• TPE systems administration (user and resource management)
• Performing periodical TPE data backup and restore
• Conducting other activities requested by superiors
